Is there any chance that a future update could increase the number of Library members from 20 to, say, 45 or even 100? If I have a town with anything other than just a few citizens, the Library membership maxes out immediately after being built and displays the annoying up-arrow graphic above the building. I've found only three ways to avoid the up-arrow graphic:

• Don't build a Library.
  
• Build Libraries until everyone is a member of one... personally, I don't find this an appealing option if I have 200+ citizens. It's just too many Libraries.
  
• Build a Library at the far edge of the map and don't assign a Librarian to it. I don't see the up-arrow graphic as long as I have one Library with no Librarian.

Of course, if there's a better option, I'm happy to try it :)
