Something where you can form or make patrols for towns, castles, or villages, you own. So that you could have a standing force outside your lands and protecting it.

@Glimish The Crusader Wow I was actually testing a patrol system just now. Still a little rough on the edges since that module is different from the original mount and blade.

Like Glimish said, things oriented to what Diplomacy has currently. If this mod isn't compatible with that one, (can you even activate more then one mod at a time?) then I'd highly recommend trying to implement things related to what Diplomacy currently has to offer.

Honestly, I feel as if I can't play Mount and Blade without Diplomacy, it adds a lot of depth in being a Lord/Lady and King/Queen. But I horribly dislike the idea of gunpowder, even primitive gunpowder. I'm only one person, but that would make me quit this mod instantly.

My reasoning is simple; if I wanted gunpowder, I'd play Fire and Blade, or get a mod connected with it. When I come to this mod, I'm looking for improving the Vanilla experience, not changing the world's timeline. I'd just play Fire and Blade with a mod, if I wanted that.

In the end, it's your choice. That's just my two cents.

@Khailix Implementation of the diplomacy mod is possible, just tricky. I'll try to implement it, but I'm a bit busy this next week so it may be incorporated slowly, and thankyou for your feedback :D

You're absolutely welcome, I admire people like you. Not only do you have the skills necessary to get the job done, but you have the will power. May this mod go far, you deserve it.

It would be -awesome-, if you could correct the -many- literacy issues with Warband. Sometimes the NPCs don't even make sense.. could be just because I grew up in a family who involved themselves in such things.

@Khailix Yeah I agree, it's just a matter of editing the dialog script. And thx :D

Awesome! It was a pleasure speaking with you!

I just came up with another idea. For awhile, no mods seemed to have done this, (not that I'm aware of anywho) but I'd like for merchandising to be a bit more expanded. Would it be possible to do something akin to Fire and Sword? Concerning having caravans, and mass trading? If not, then would it be possible to have the merchants sell more stuff? So that it encourages Inventory Management as a merchant?

Also it would be awesome if you could have a crown made when you are a King. While it's armor not being the best, it could akin to Viking Conquest give you +Leadership and +Persuasion. You could even go into further depth and be able to choose what kind of crown you can make, each one giving different stats. (and potentially different looks)

You could also add new empires
MuffinTop 25 May, 2015 @ 2:12pm
hmm i havnt tried it out yet but if you dont have the option of being recruited into an army i think that would be cool

Some armor is really strong for the price. I saw a Rus Lamellar that had an armor value of 52 and was only 2300 denars.
