+If a grenade on the ground is near someone it will explode
+ 50% larger clip size
- No random crits
- 30% less explosion resistance
+20% blast radius
-25% clip size
grenades bounce off people
grenades explode on contact with ground
if the grenade hits somebody, it turns in to a roller

but better...
(Has a clip reload)

-projectiles have a aim penelty of 3 (similar ot the bazooka)
-20% reload speed..........( to load shots.)
if exploded on roll the grenaide deals no knockback.
no random crits...............( yes it does matter....... no one likes 2 nades or the face and a crit..)
and this is intentialy similar to the bazooka....
there are some problems with those stats.....
range means nothing with a lobbed projctile ( im assuming you meant projectile speed. which may effect range)
adidtional explosive radious matters little..... other then if you have some rough shots... and will probaly promote spam.. (which would be unfortuanate (: )
and 1 less shot that deals normal dmg matters little. (expecialy with the loch lossing the intsa kills.)
the clip reload is extremly powerful as a single reload. (without any penelty) would take very little time to reload 3 nstead of 1.... and with max dmg that means many, many damaging nades very fast.
overall............ its a mix of to good. with few peneltys... ( a dmg penelty would be a good addition. same with firerate as base firerate would make this extremly spammy.
