Heya ! I found one : if you stand on the left of the bouncer when you give him the appropriate item - no spoil - then he can't move and you can't pursue the game.

Heyho, if you start the game and jump over the wall at the beginning, you can go up and the butterflies may bodyblock you, so you cant get away and have to restart the game all over again
