how to summon berserker

I'm late but for people who happened to wonder too. Go to Fight -> Very End is Berserker.
It also eats some of your HP if he is summoned. I think about half?

Be careful because at a certain point, he will return back to being a holy grail. And you need that item to keep summoning him.
