Frosty not reducing notoriety
I've been able to reduce notoriety exactly TWO times, via Frosty. Now, I never have the opportunity (doesn't appear a menu option when in conversation with her). I can still pay for her to tell me that my notoriety should be reduced but I can't find a way to reduce it. Any ideas? I've been farming quite a bit and now I'm getting jumped by Renraku every time I go outside.

I've encountered this bug too as I discussed about it a few months ago in the Bugs Report thread. After asking Frosty on the CommLink to clean up your notoriety level down to zero, the option for that will eventually disappear after using it a certain set amount of times. It appears some of the new content introduced in this UGC has unintentionally brought in some new bugs and glitches that were never there before. JamesB192, Yusukitty, and/or Mizaroth will have to look into these issues provided they have the time to do so as they are usually too busy with their lives recently and tend to procrastinate their schedules of improving this UGC.

EDIT: It turns out that once your character's Street Cred gets bumped up to Elite after finishing a great many number of runs, this bug occurs. I hope JamesB192 comes back here in the Steam Workshop to start fixing this UGC again because it's been a long while since he last posted.
