Vender list please
I'm trying to find veteran cyberdoc, armor sales, etc, is it possible to get a list of vendors and their locations to date and possibly use this thread to update as more are added?

I think the best cyberdoc is the one in Penumbra, over by the payphone.
The best magic vendor is off behind Club Penumbra in a side alley.
The best weapons dealer is in the Rat's Nest, fairly close to the entrance.
I think the dwarf downtown is the highest-level armor merchant.
I'd be delighted to learn I'm wrong and there are some better merchants available.
I've played what appears to be all the way through the game a few times, and I'd be thrilled to find something new.
