Stuck... I think.

I rescued my brother's old pal by doing the run for the crime boss, and now he's hanging out at Frosty's. We talked about the box but now what? I've been doing runs for Vigor but I feel like I have a ton of XP and nothing is challenging anymore. I've got "veteran" runner status. Is the story waiting on me to do something?
