It's packaged through googles protobuf. I am not a big fan either, Should I add a feature where every 10 (or so) kills raises the heat by a point. j/k
It would be interesting if kills per mission along with mission area had an effect; but then we'd need something like Duncan's zipties or some other non-lethal way of incapacitating guards for the length of a mission. Probably would want a bunch of other things too lol.
I was mainly wondering about it for the early karma grind and also looking at doing stealthy missions more effectively. Currently playing a Shaman main/sniper secondary build in reverse (starting off with the secondary first so electroshock and pistols at point blank for now).
