Remove or nerf tinker
Tinker is completely overpower... you cant play pugna for example, but tinker with soul ring and agha you can. why ???... every match have one tinker, always, and all do the same... its ruining the matchs of other people with his toxic skills... pls nerf the agha from tinker or remove the hero
