Some things that needs to be done and are easily done.
1. First of all fix dc bug. When game starts half of the people are having DC. It annoys all of us.
2. Add vote meniu to increase timer and kills required to win the game. Sometimes game ends way too soon. Almost always when the real fun is about to start.
3. Add ability draft Overthrow to spice things up.

It is easily done. Do you even read these discusions, Valve?
