Well, this one is tricky. If you have other games that are currently in queue to download. Then try to unqueue them all and see if it works.

Its just dont want to download, when i press install it does nothing and changes to play, but when i oress play it says "error accessing custom game files"

Queue is clear, then trying to install this map again, but its don`t want to load =(

Hello, i had this problem too but I Fixed it myself.

I deleted ugcmsgcache folder in userdata then I went to workshop folder and renamed appworkshop_570.acf to appworkshop_570.txt
and in that file I found leftover workshop ids from games I was unsubscribed, that file still had these app ids as installed, so I deleted these lines and saved file, then renamed it back to appworkshop_570.acf
and restart steam, once I did this Overthrow started to download and I was able to play it
