Stats
So I'm thinking this:

The Philosopher

-35% Damage per bullet
20% Fire vulnerability on user
20% Explosive vulnerability on user
-20% Firing speed
+15% More Accurate
+50% Ammo capacity
+300% More bullets fired
On Alt-Fire: Fires two small rockets
-60% Explosion radius
-50% Explosive damage
+15% Explosive knockback
+30% Explosive speed
Rockets use metal as ammo: when fired uses 50 metal

This is what I'm thinking. The 300% bullets fired increase just means it fires 3 bullets at a time.
This weapon is mainly used for protecting your buildings from spies.

Stats seem good, I would agree with those stats.It doesn't seem op, On Alt-Fire thought the rockets should use the engi's metal.

WAY too many stats for one gun. Jeez. How about +50% clip size, 20% faster firing speed. Alt Fire: Shoots 5 bullets at once. -75% max ammo. -20% damage.

Maybe a longer firing speed, and I also think that the rockets should use the engineers metal, maybe 25? That would let a fully stocked engineer have a few for emergencies, but it wouldn't be spamable.

And ammo can already be picked up from dead enemies.
Seems well balanced, but rockets should use scrap, and no ammo from enemies

dear god even without rokets this thing is crazy op, it firest 3 bullets and a time at a faster firing speed but damage is only reduced by 20% on each bullet. and the knockback on rockets is just crazy, this weapon will NEVER go through with the stats it has right now. in the words of a pop tart finatic, "ITS CRAZY GOOD"

ok. fires two rockets on alt-fire, they travel at 200% normal projectile speed adn their combined damage is 90 but they take one minute to recharge and have no blast radius. Firing the missiles uses up 40 scrap. The gun would add 20% health but would increases explosion and fire vunerability by 30% on wearer. The actual gun could have the same stats as the spies revolver but has much more recoil so when you fire a bullet your gun doesn't return to were you are pointing it. Maybe -10% mive speed.

These stats would make the engi be able to rotect themselves and their buildings from spies but would mean they couldn't use this advantage in open combat because you would get destroyed by missiles, grenades and flamethrowers while scouts would be too hard to hit with a slower firing speed. I hope you like my ideas and maybe even acknowledge them.

I belive the stats should be
-50% clip
+50% firing speed
Alt-Fire= fires 1 small rocket (press it 2 times to fire twice)
-99% blast radius (like the direct hit but more accurate
You only get two rockets, you need ammo drops to refill

70 % slower firing speed, 100 % more bullets per shot and 25 % less clip size?

Why not, It shoots 3 shots right, But each shot fired after the first, does less damage, and doesnt go as far? And for the rocket things, its kinda un nessasary, I mean, we have a sentry for that, and besides, when the last time you say a pistol shoot rockets.

i think that rockets are a little bit op,it isn't better uses some stun ray like a teaser instead two rocket? with a recharge time and with the same aim style of the bow or crossbow or flare guns?

Simple.
+2 Ammo in clip
+20% Reload speed
+20% Shooting Speed
-33% Damage
