why not both?
ive got a idea for stats:


alt fire:throw the drink
upon a succeful hit, minicrit and small healing upon hit are applied


when drunk: 20% faster move speed
30% fire rate
50% damage bonus
+50% crit chance

those stats are way too over powered, but the idea of making it both a drink and a projectile, is kinda cool. That would be ok, if the starts were not so crazy.

something like this would be more balanced (maybe?)

alt fire: throw the drink

on a succesfull hit it heals players that are not scout.
5% more healing effective than the default bottle of milk effect.

when drunk:
heals the player from all damage taken.
does not overheal


regen time: 60 seconds. speeds up 2 seconds for every critical hit your teammates do to enemies doused in this drink.


what do you think? i feel this is still a bit too op... but still i think i got a closer approach to what it should be... (maybe?)

To op but i like the fact it could be both, Maybe it could be a style the alters the stats
