Not that i can tell. Its not American or Australian nor from New Zealand as the Australians and New Zealand soldiers wore the british tommy helmet or Dough boy. Might be a mix between a ww2 style and a 2000-2008 kevlar helmet but again not sure.

Yeah kinda, in 1942 some Female snipers used the Mosin-Nagant with a scope.
