Overall the map looks good, however the spawns are very empty, especially the t spawn, some foliage or trees would fill it in I think, or maybe some kind of vehicle on ct spawn, as for fps, my fps halves when looking to t spawn from ct and drops from 100 to 60 when looking t spawn to ct.

It also drops to 60 when I go to the middle of the pipeline and look to the river, so I think that is the culprit here and that that place needs some optimization.

The radar definitely needs improvement, it is very empty, especially the water, there is also some green at one of the corners, which needs fixing, I suggest you take some of the overview shots from abit higher altitude.

The left side of ct spawn with the low res texture is outright ugly.

Otherwise, a good map that mostly looks decent.

Sooo, I did mat_wireframe 3, and that broken building displacement is WAAAYYY too detailed, heck, there's a flat displacement that is like the most detailed setting!! Really, cut down the amount of displacements by making a single face displacement, then just a block behind it, use MOAR nodraw textures (like in the damaged building), also the river-turn can just be a large square going behind the fences, since no-one would see it anyway.

And same for the ramps on both sides, need to cut down detail abit, and use singe-face displacements.

Thanks your feedback! It was very helpful for me! But I'm busy this, and next week, because I practice for the final exam, but after that I'll try make some patches! :)
