Maybe a proxy changed model
could it be like slender fortress 2 combined with this gamemode and make the model overrun kate to be the boss

Never really played Slender Fortress, so I don't know how it works. And this mod is supposed to mimic Slender: The Arrival in terms of gameplay.

Server owners (including yourself if you host just for friends) can change the model by modifying the code of the gamemode. I'm not gonna change it officially.
