how do i install?
and if i install will i get banned for modding online?
this is a sick skin that needs to be in the game

Jesus christ, YOU CAN'T USE THESE SKINS FROM THE WORKSHOP unless you personally made it and put it in the game from the use of the VTF files and the PAK01.dir file.

It CANNOT be installed by a user looking at the skin on the workshop unless you have the VTF file(s).

If you would be able to get the VTF file or the creator itself got it, you would be able to play against BOT's and some servers but not official servers. You get kicked with a warning sign and 3min to delete the VTF file and undo the text inside the PAK01.dir file then you can reconnect. If you fail to reverse the effects you get a standard competetive cooldown for "Failing to reconnect"
