Why does valve not accept knife finishes?

He does, chroma cases had community made knives inside.

thats better, an easier way to say it wouldve been RARELY take knife skins.

not rarely, he said he'll be doing it more.

past 2-3 crates have had custom knife finishes.

Two of them were the same finishes just different cases and another was just a new knife, im gonna stick with rarely to be honest.
