it wont get in game anyway... :c

valve searches for realistic skins, and this skin doesnt really fit the realistic type of skins, every "hi-tek" skin for a knife was rejected, and probably this one, so dont build your hopes.. :/

It is not becasue its a "High-Tech" skin. Its because Valve does not add knife skins made by the community in general.
