Super Syringe Gun
POSSIBLE STATS
This can behave similar to the minigun-rifle from borderlands and allow the medic to provide a different type of team support

+/- firing speed starts off at about 50% but reaches 100% after about 5 to 10 shots (has sort of a spin-up time, like the minigun-rifle)

+syringes are big and heavy, decreasing an enemy's movement speed by 25% for .5 secs per hit, so they are only really effected only while being hit, with little after effect

+50% higher projectile speed (with less of an arc for more reliable hits)

-25% damage penalty(EDIT)

This weapon could be useful for medics being chased by enemies, allowing them to gain distance from them with the slowing effect dealt from the syringe gun. The higher projectile speed would also allow them medics to hit enemies from further away, whether they are deterring snipers or gaining even more distance from pursuers.This weapon could also be good in mvm, with upgradeable slowing duration and intensity, maybe even being an alternative to the scout's mad milk bottle with an added milking effect upgrade.

Why does this idea deserve any more attention then the others? It's just another over-complicated unbalanced idea that should go in the already-existing discussion where the rest of these go.

Not my thread, just find it annoying when people think their ideas are sooo much better than everyone elses that they just have to make an entirely new discussion just to post it. Good luck getting your weapon idea into the game.

honestly i think the stats are a little op but would be cool to see in the game

the good stats are not even affected by the bad stats if anything damage penalty -20 or -25%
