The medic doesnt really have any taunt kills but its not a melee weapon ((most taunt kills are usally a melee)) and i dont seem to think of any sooo no

Definaly yes and I kinda got an idea. What aobut since the wep has 4 barrales to shoot what if He spins the barrales going super fast then shoots one giant syringe to the enimy. and he has a 20% chance to blow himself up? Anyone else got Ideas.

i think yes. and maybe add a certant part to it to make the taunt kill work. example: put 3 syringes on the side of the weapon in a bullet strap and have medic take one out and do a sniper arrow-like taunt kill.

not a taunt kill, but maybe he shoots himself with it? like the OKTOBERFEST taunt for the kritz.
