More creative name?
This name is alright, but i was thinking of a name more along the lines of "The Panther" Or "The cobra" or something like that. its just a suggestion.

Hmm what about it haveing a little German vocabulary in it like UberKämpfer Translation for Kämpfer is fighter... Welp thats all from me.

Its called "super syringe gun" because the medic's primary in team fortress and team fortress classic is "super nail gun" so I'm thinking this is a reference to that.

Fear of needles/injections. Simple as that.

Make little men run and cower in fear of your boisterously oversized needles. They'll never "forget" to take their medicine again if you don't let them.
