While the Blutsauger is more defensive and the Crusader's Crossbow is more for support, I think this weapon should be set with good offensive stats.

I feel like this is a much better Combat Medic weapon than any of the other guns. I suggested a very offensive tauntkill for it, too.

The blutsauger is not a defensive weapon, its is one of the two battle medic primarys with the other being the CC. I think that this should be a slower firing, reloading, and less damaging/healing version of the CC with a bit higher ammo cap and projectile speed and would have maybe a 4 or 8 round clip that relaods all at once.
