Maybe make a melee weapon. Maybe you gain life for killing other players.

A sort of a high risk high reward weapon? Although, the medic has enough melees, maybe just the syringe gun is needed

Well there are loads of new mediguns in teh worpshop you just have to select Medic and Weapons for the tags to see them. And they are awesome :D

Heres a stat set:
Boosted Fire Rate and Damage, and each needle does Bleed, for a short period of time. Hitting a teammate will give them 4 extra health per needle. Its downsides, it cannot random crit, has a slower reload time, and Reduces your movement speed by a slight ammount

So:
+15% Fire Rate
+20% damage per needle
+Needles cause bleed for 5 seconds
+ Hitting a Teammate heals them 4 health per needle.

-No Random Crits
- You only move 80% of your normal movement speed
-15% longer Reload.

How about this:

+50% fire rate (In the spirit of the Super Nailgun in Quake, of course)
+Crtis deal Bleed Damage for 2 seconds

-No random crits

*Gains 1% crit for each 2% of Ubercharge up to 50%
