I would replace the 10% accuracy with faster projectiles. Syringe Guns are already pretty accurate

if anything, i would make it have 10% higher clip size, 10% higher firing speed, -3 health per second, and -5% damage

i would have it 20% slower rate of fire, heal teamates, steal 20% percent of hp from enemy, on kill mini-crits for 5 seconds, and 30% damage penalty.

Here's the stats I think the gun should have. And yea, I know it already has stats.

Pros:
+15% damage
+10% syringe speed
Can heal teammates

Cons:
-25% clip size
-5% firing speed
