Planes land, travel to terminal and take off; but -

but if they spawn at the terminal they won't leave. they just turn around, stop, and despawn. is this a common issue? What can I do to remedy it

In addition, all of the planes (that spawn at the airport) have 0 passengers, but the ones that land have many passengers when they take back off
