Oh hey, I don't know if you still have this problem, but what I usually do is spawn another HWM model and just mess around with the sliders, and then move back to the ragdoll you're having issues with. It should work. If it doesn't, try going to the face poser tool, randomize, and then go back to the Phoneme tool. That usually works. This mostly works with TF2 HWM models, so if you're trying other models with different face flexes from the TF2 ones, well it won't work properly.
