Mod logic is not working with office zones
@BloodyPenguin, @Boformer, @Boogleman Sam, thanks a lot for this essential mod.

I noticed that the logic for building grow in the mod description is apparently not implemented for office zones. While in residential and commercial zones a 3x4 slot grows either a front/backyard expanded 3x2 or 3x3 lot or a full 3x4 lot, with the mod enabled, in office zones a 3x4 slot only grows 3x4 lots. This reduces diversity of grown building and requires that a given theme includes more office assets to compensate for this. I tested it with either the international and european themes, the results is consistently the same.

For example, nothing grows in a 2x3 open office slot even if the theme includes 2x2 (up to a 2x4 lot with backyard props) and 2x4 options, just because the theme does not have a specific 2x3 lot. If I disable the mod, office buildings grow the same way as residential or commecial lots, and the above example 3x4 office zoned slot is quicky filled with either backyard-expanded 3x2 or 3x3 lots or a 3x4 specific lot.

Is this a simple problem to fix? Could we expect an updated version of the mod on a reasonable time scale? Thanks.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But it's not really an issue compared with IT cluster specialisation that has only two 4x4 and 3x4 assets. In vanilla game 4x1 or 3x1 low building with props can easilly grow in the 4x4/3x4 lot instead of huge 4x4 skyscraper. That makes size and height variety so vanilla IT buildings can make a nice skyline. But with this mod the game spawns only 2 skyscraper assets those also have a similar height, so the area looks like a weird wall or plateau... Also I noticed exactly the same issue with self-sufficient houses.
