Heya,

I was playing Cities when I had a power outage that caused my PC to shut down, obviously.

For some reason this completely hozed Themes, and no other mod. I get the generic error when I go to Options for the the mod in Content Manager:

Building theme is unable to read the building themes.xml file that stores your setting and themes ! To fix it, delete this file and restart the game: {steam folder}\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\BuildingThemes.xml

But, in that folder there is no now BuildingThemes.xml. Validating game files and even a reinstall does not fix the mod to even make it functional. Same error, and all Themes are completely absent from all saved games. Of course tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to no avail.

I'm at a loss, especially since the file is completely missing.

Help??
