Issues With Themes.
Every so often I get some issues where all of my themes disappear and theme manager completely stops working. So, then I have to reload my game to get it to work again. By that time, there are already a bunch of building in places where they shouldn't be.

You still having this issue? I had something similar happen. Mid-Game, all my districts suddenly lost their custom themes and about half of my themes were no longer available on the selector menu. Although I could go into Theme Manager and they'd still be there. I closed out, reloaded, and the theme options were back, but my district theme settings were gone. Assuming everything was ok, I went back in and re-assigned all my districts appropriately... Then hit play and just started getting a million errors with:

Array index is out of range. [System.IndexOutOfRangeException]

Weird... I honestly stopped using theme manager and I just plop all the growables because i've been enjoying higher detail..
