As title describes, the building is functional like a normal building but it takes the appearance as an abandoned building. All I did was try to remove the DLC buildings from international theme, and make a new theme with only DLC buildings. The DLC buildings kept spawning in regardless of building theme and always appears abandoned. I've tried unsubscribing to the mod as well as disabling the DLC but the problem remained.
