An option to allow the game to upgrade buildings from the current space covered to larger space (for example, L1 is 3x3 will be allowed to grow to 3x4, if there is space that is).
A toggle so the game follows the default expended backyard option (so it does try to cover 3x3, for example). Maybe a better way to implement it would be to implement it as a few selections:
1. Minimum and Maximum building sizes, so a player can make it that the game will not try to build a 4x4 building in a specific area, or a minimum size, etc.
2. A toggle to allow backyard extension (vanilla/modded expanded backyard)
