Dedicated server running help for those having issues with running a server
For those having issues with Dedicated Servers:

=>Clearing yours mods folder completely will force the server to re-download the newest update for the mod and usually solves the entire problem.

=>Ensure that you are NOT using the Non-DX-11 Version as this will cause big issues with them.

=>This is NOT my fault and I cannot control how they handle when mods are updated as this is for Keen to address and fix.
