since nobody started the discussion yet, i did. here are my suggestions (assuming it's a secondary pistol)
+50% ammo capacity
+50% reload time
-15% damage
-20% ammo from ammuniton crates
+25% weapon switch time

Liking the idea, huge CS fan. I think Curly's Machine Gun for the Heavy or the Fireball/Snake for the Pyro could work too. The stats seem REALLY underpowered though.

I suggest very high damage like +60% and -75% ammo capacity. And just to balance it out, a 2 sec cooldown between shots and +75% reload time. I think the scout needs a bit of a high-powered pistol to use as a scattergun supplementary. Maybe for a unique extreme glass-cannon build.

+30% more fire rate

-20% less damage
-less ammo 10%

whenever you kill a enemie once your polar star upgrade haveing more fire rate and damage

It should work like the one in the actual game.
+34% more accurate
-25% damage penalty
-No auto fire
~This weapon deals increased damage with every kill you gain with it. This caps to 1.5x damage of the stock pistol.

+This weapon deploys 40% faster
+25% larger clip slize
-70% slower reload speed

A pistol that emphasizes the the use for last resort, and doesn't do well much as anything else.
Reload speed for scout -> 1.25s to 2.1s
Reload speed for Engineer -> 1.36 to 2.3s

Changing name from the Polar star to the Texan luckystar

+30% ammo in clip/magazine
+10% faster fire

-Fires tracer rounds
-20% damages
-50% ammo

(The gun better have afire sound that is less aggressive then the regular pistol, because it shoots much faster...)

A perfect weapon for tracking cloacked spies!
But you better wish nobody tracks you back

Watch for your ammo, 20 bullets per clips, 100 ammo and only 5 reploads

This seems unfinished. Why? Because its not called spur. (Cave Story fans know what I'm talking bout) But honestly this is awesome. I think it should have some kinda charge.

No automatic fire
Tracer rounds
damage bulids by kills
