IMPORTANT : Uniform's Issue
This is a known issue and it is a problem with the game , a bug . Despite from many attempts from myself and even some players to fix it it appears there is only way to solve it which its to start a Lan/Internet session on Multiplayer instead of starting the mission on "Scenarios" .

I apologize for this problem but there's nothing I can do but to hope that Bohemia fixes this

Im not sure if this is the same Uniform Issue that you are referring to but our situation is as follows. I host the game for myself and 3 other players. I disable AI so its just us. If any of us die it respawns us at the insertion point but there are no uniforms for the snow. Its all default weapons, uniforms, etc.
