Craft hand fan
I think you should add a recipe to craft the hand fan that Wharang starts with. If you craft the fire fan and use it until it breaks, there's no way to get another one unless you spawn a hand fan in with the console.

Nevermind. I was being so conservative with the fire fan that I had never actually used it until it broke, so I didn't know the hand fan was automatically returned to your inventory when the fire fan breaks.

That is good information. I crafted the weapon and since it can break, I avoid using it and would use only in bosses >.>
