P.C.V Voice + Additions Addon

The H.E.V. Voice + Additions Addon is cool but should he create the P.C.V Voice of Gmod Addon, the P.C.V Voice is from Half-Life Prospekt
if he's going to create IT, he will need the Voice For the P.C.V and more

I'm a little late, but this is entirely possible now with my rework of this addon.
