Transparency issues
After applying any changes to a ragdoll via this tool causes any other model that uses $transperency or $alphatest (including bone-mergable items but not bodygrouped ones) to become invisible, or more like the models are being placed in the background while they're physicallly placed before/on a ragdoll-resized model

Is there any workaround for this? If not, can any sort of fix be expected, if possible?

Its mostly conflicting addons like most cases. Disable all other addons except this one, and you can also keep on some ragdoll and playermodel addons and resize them. Ragdoll/Playermodel addons do not conflict anything.
