I tried this tool on the default 32 bit Gmod version and it works fine, I used this tools on resized ragdolls and they worked: ragdoll mover improved sightly, advanced bone editor, inflator, default face poser, stand pose tool, phys gun, default bodygroup editor, default save option, default duplicator.
tool which does not work: advanced duplicator. (it shows an error and does not paste the duplicated ragdoll)
most likely if this tool does not work for you, you maybe have other addon that produce the error.
check if you have an addon that moddifies normal game system (something like pac3 or Dlib or anything that deal with stuff like that. tools that does not conflict (cause I have them) collision resizer fix, effect resizer, and the aforementioned tools. if you have this and find which tool had a conflict please post it.
