Resizer not Resizing Evenly

For some reason (I don't know when it happened, it just randomly started happening) any ragdoll I resize sets everything to an odd scale, which makes ragdolls looks weird. It should scale evenly if I don't touch anything (and it used to) but suddenly it doesn't do that.

I found out for some reason certain ragdolls are losing a certain part (Say, lower torso), so it seems like it's resizing weird but in actuallity it's just resizing everything but a single part, which stops existing in the new ragdoll.
