Ragdoll Resizer Not Working

Each time I try to use Ragdoll Resizer, it turns the ragdoll into a static prop where I can't move the limbs anymore using Ragdoll mover or Advanced Bone Tool. Anyone else facing a similar problem and is there any way I can fix it?

im facing the same problem dawg legit i try and use it and it resizes nothing and just breaks the ragdoll, like i need ragdoll resizer for some certain fight scenes :(
