Try refreashing/clear your cache in the settings and maybe try restarting the game after you do.
Game asks you to anyway.
It may fix it not 100% sure it will but it's worth a try.
If not maybe try resubscribing and if it doesn't fix it try clear cache one more time.

If the route is not showing in QD try going into Build and see if the route is there.
This route was intended for editing/freeroam.

If you do the following listed and the route still isn't showing up then it's most likely Train Sim being the issue and that's not something i can fix.

However i have noticed that sometimes Workshop items don't always show up right off after subscribing to them which i have seen happen more with Train Simulator than anything else.

If even that is not the case then i am sorry i can't help you.
