Why are they all just missing textures?

Zoidberg is missing

In this addon for some reason I can hear the zoidberg noises but I can't see the models so when I turn on the addon all I see is normal zombies that go "woop woop woop", how do I fix this? And by the way I use a Mac OSX.

THAT IS THE EXACT AND I MEAN EXACT SAME PROBLEM WITH ME WHEN I TRY ZOIDBERGS. I also use Mac OSX. How do I fix this?

sorry this took so long...(This is for Mac... sorry Windows users) so you need to click out of everything and in the hotbar on the top left you click "go". once you do that you hold down alt and click library. After that you want to click Application support, Steam, steamapps, common, left 4 dead 2, left 4 dead 2 (again), addons. Now once you are in addons click the folder that says workshop and drag all of the files from workshop into addons. and that should do it. Hope this helped and if it didn't then I will be happy to send a video.
