Enemy tracking is better idea.
+you can choose a player to see information about where he is, wich class he is and wich weapons he has etc.
-you can't disguise
when you have the information about a player there's a cooldown time
Pros:
Instant disguise
Cons:
Can't switch disguises and losing a disguise stuns you for 2 seconds (like the razorback only not as long)
Pros: +20% Faster disguise time
Cons: You can only disguise as people you have killed or done damage to.
+Disguises as your loadout for that current class (e.g. disguising as an enemy soldier would show you as your soldier loadout as an enemy)
-People can see you are not on their team with tab
It might not fit this weapon but I think there should be more disguise kits/ engy PDAs
1st:
Pros.
-When disguised, fire particle aren't visible( when your under aferburn your take afterburn damage but other player cannot see your on fire)
Cons.
-desguise 2 second slower
-take 20% more damage of all other sources when invisible
2nd:
Pros.
-When disguised, you can shoot fake ammoes with medic call( E at default)
-You can pass through ennemys building like his other team player
Cons.
-You cannot call medic
-When you use teleport with disguise, teleport particles effect on your feet is on the color of your reel team
-When disguised, you take 50% more damage from fire
PS:sorry for my bad english
Pros: player you're disguised as glows (everyone can see them)
Cons: the player you're disguised as can see you glow
*disguising as a non-existant class on the enemy team will have no effect (nobody glows)
This would mean that it's an easy kit to learn how to use, and it also utilizes communication between teammates
