You could probably make a kind of bot with wiremod, a vector thruster and a target finder linked to a beacon sensor.

i would like an npc of it but the creator himself told me he doesnt know how to code that.

So give some one you REALLY trust the ragdoll so he can use it for the NPC.

They both use a form of shooting EOC shoots eyes and twins shoot lasers ECT

bonemerge it to a manhack. its close enough.
