I know right... but there are too many items on tf2 and steam cant make enymore effects to more items, Steam should concentrate to this game but NO, all they are working on are the new games like dota 2 and etc. they havent announce new items since the start of March, they only fix bugs and add new hats, and how about the FTP players? they want more items not hats...

How about...
-15% damage

these stats are quite simple

hits slow down players
-25% damage vs player

So like a natascha melee. I like this idea

+On hit: Enemy is slowed for 3 seconds.
-20% damage done.

How about:
Extinguishes enemies to get 25 health;
Crits freeze enemies for 2 seconds;
-15 health;
-20% attack speed.

+On hit: Enemy is frozen 1 second
-20% Damage done
When active: Wearer runs with 5% slower speed but have 5% Bullet resistance

So its like spy-cicle and vaccinator? its kinda cool but the Turns enemies into ice for 1 second thing was a little bit awkward cuz you can just hit and hit and hit the enemy until it dies... i recommend the "No Damage Weapon" thing and turn the 1 second into 0.5

Oh yeah it would make like -80% or -90% less damage and when enemy is "frozen" he have like "godmode" and can't get killed. And enemy should get shield like for 2 seconds so he can't get frozed until he dies.

So they can build a sentry around the enemy first before the enemy unfroze?

My idea is

+On hit removes all of medics uber and spy's cloak
+15% larger melee range
-35% slower swing speed
-60% less damage

Plz tell me watcha think

wen anything else but a player you load a buch of snow to the shovel wich has a timer an the next clic will launch it stuning the enemy that is hit for x amount of time and the other stats is for u comunity :D!

I'd just make it a reskin of the Back Scratcher.
