Canals
When building a canal all is well, but if your remove the canal, it leaves a massive hole in the ground which becomes completely unless, you can't even rebuild the canal on it.

Can this please be repaired?

I haven't remove any canal yet so I dont know if it's gona work but try to use the flatten terrain mod on removed canal holes.

All good guys, I figured it out~
Use the flatten canal, which raises land back up. Then use remove building tool which takes off the construction signs.
