Suggestion: Disable Manhack for Metro Police
I think there should be a command that allow you to disable manhack for the Metro Police because usually normal patrol units don't carry manhacks around. According to what I know only TAG-PT (Tactical Armed Group Protection Team) carry them and usually only respond during a Judgement/Autonomous Waiver.

I think he should add a second NPC that carries a manhack and leave the first one without a manhack

There's no such thing as a TAG-PT. Those are just ranks made up by roleplayers.

Still, it would be good to have a Metro Police NPC without the manhack.
