My chasing gman turns my screen to black when im dead. What happened?

Apparently when i get killed by this nextbot i get a black screen. It doesnt get fixed, so whats the problem here? Could someone help?

perhaps you may have an addon when you die? i saw a death addon where it makes your screen black and no audio. Not sure tho, maybe the creator knows but he may not fix it, as he is no longer updating it and making more mods.
